Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India through courier. Delivery Charges will be additional depending on the place of delivery. Domestic orders will take 5 - 10 Business Days. (May extend due to uncertainties) International Orders take 15 - 40 Business Days. (May extend due to uncertainties) Make sure you are available at the time of delivery. If not, please suggest an alternative i.e. a colleague, a family member, neighbour, etc., We are not responsible for the damage after delivery. Any claim regarding spoilage or damage, please report within 12 hours of delivery, post which such claims will not be entertained. The delivery charges will be mentioned at the time of checkout and the consumers will know about this before making payments. Only Prepaid orders are accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of the order, you will be charged 10% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same or different payment instrument. Once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. Return, refund or exchange for products will not be offered. Orders once placed cannot be altered in order quantities, address, phone number or email id. We are not liable in case the product does not suit you. Requests for exchange or refund will be subjected to an inspection and checking by us. To claim for leakage or damage during the delivery process, please send us an email with the product image and delivery label, within 12 hours of the delivery. We shall take 2 to 4 Business days to perform a quality check. If the product passes the quality check we shall initiate the refund or exchange, whichever is preferred. Remember that the item will be considered for quality check if it is received in physically damaged condition.
